Quitting after signing offer? Or wait for background to clear
Title. Hate my job and want to leave asap + relocating to a new city so would like maximum amount of time to find a place and leave and get a routine going. 99.99999% sure my background will be fine. Would it be prudent to stay, or am I good to resign the second I sign my offer?
It's always a risk, no reason to risk anything over 1-2 extra weeks. Just ask the next place to push your start date back a week or two so you have time
