Reason for Recruiting FT For Another MBB After Interning at Another
While this is quite early, I am wondering if it is a valid reason to lateral into another MBB (McK) because of career progression differences? I know that McK they have a BA -> EM track, which I am really interested in. Is that a valid reason to lateral? Should I wait until the internship or would that be too late? There are a few threads that recommend getting in touch with recruiters early, but now there's no real "performance issue" given MBBs gave out full time offers already. Is acting early helpful?
What does getting in touch with recruiters early involve? What does BA --> EM mean?
3 year fast track to EM position (equivalent to ~5/6 years at BCG/Bain). The responsibilities and pay are the same as any EM (normal track)
Per McK's BA -> EM program and more info on the most typical trajectories refer to this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/consulting/comments/ge6c1i/why_do_each_of_the_…
