Internships at major Financial Sevices firm but looking at a summer off due to COVID. Is there any post grad route into IB? My grades are average but I graduated from a very competitive target school (just about everyone is with big four or IB).

3.0 GPA is gonna hurt you, but it’s possible. You’ll need to get a few of years of work experience, get into a reputable MBA program, and then apply for Summer Associate programs. Your best bet now is to find a great job, as it will be difficult to get into a top MBA program.
What about entry level accounting at a family office advisory group (3B+ aum) to MBA? I can't seem to find anything in finance due to COVID
