Recent grad that needs your advice
Hey everyone! I am a recent graduate from a subpar school with average grades. I had to work through college and had a kid during that time so grades were not my primary focus as they should have been.
I had two internships in college. One at a healthcare investment shop and another at a mega REPE. Currently working as a cost analyst at a software company.
I desperately want to get into trading or anything surrounding the stock market. The entire reason I did finance is due to my obsession with stocks. I would also love to do commercial or corporate banking.
At the end of the day, I want to be realistic and understand that I’m not an ivy kid or a genius. I’m just trying to make a good life for my daughter. Any advice on careers, or how to break in would be greatly appreciated.
