Recruiting advice
Hello! Currently an experienced associate, looking to transition either to middle market PE firm, or middle/bulge bracket IB. I have a good track record with a non-ivy degree, and will require visa sponsorship. Any leads on firms that are currently recruiting/resources to explore? Also, I know about the hiring freeze, but would appreciate thoughts on possibility of getting back to PE if I land a corporate FP&A gig.
