Recruitment Advice
NEED ADVICE. I'm currently sophomore at a T15 University recruiting for 2024 summer internship positions in either MBB, PE or IB. I feel like my GPA (3.3) is holding me back from breaking into these industries. I struggled freshman year but got all A's last semester and I'm on track to get all A's this semester. I have strong extra curriculars, a financial analyst position for the upcoming summer, strong proficiency in excel and IB technicals. If I can make it past the resume round, I feel like I would be a competitive applicant. Is there any advice you would give as far as getting past the resume round of applications?
use major gpa or just own it. you can speak back to the fact that this hasn't been an issue since fall freshman year. if it was me i wouldn't worry
