REIT/Investment Mgr- 2nd rd. Interview Excel Case Problem Please Help!!

Hi all-

I am in a second rd. at large global REIT and institutional/retail investment mgr. I was given an excel problem to work on as part of the interview process. However, this is a little outside of my current role and past roles. I was told this problem would be a challenge for me given my little experience in financial analysis but they were impressed with how I interviewed and wanted me to try to tackle this.

Could anyone shed some light on this and be able to help me out or at least get me started. All feedback and support is much appreciated.
