Sample Me!

hello!
so guys, i am applying for this internship at a local boutique IB and i was asked to submit some writing samples (im think of turning in 2) and I wanted to ask around about the possible subject matters I can write about, especially in relation to your own personal experiences writing them in the past. (The IB seems to covers all sectors)

I could use my old college papers but I really don't think any of them are up to par (i go to a non-target-as-fuck school). For instance, my best paper is about economic development in Africa and it sounds like Paul Krugman moaning for 30-pgs.

so help?!
