Scared of getting caught recruiting

Currently have a SA 2025 IB offer. Very grateful for everything I have, but I would like to work at a MMHF long term. Was thinking about recruiting when the applications open for new grads this summer. I was concerned about my bank somehow getting wind of me recruiting again and pulling my offer.

1. Should I even recruit? Is it worth it?

2. Should I include the fact that I have an offer on my resume/mention in interviews? Was thinking this could make me look more qualified but if the HF reaches out to the bank then this might not be a good move.

Thanks for your time guys

I did this successfully - the firms won’t care and you’re recruiting for the full time role, not the internships so no clash.

Definitely worth
