seeking advice

Issue 1: Could not land any IBD jobs within the Netherlands simply because of the language requirement (Have to be native in Dutch)

Issue 2: My degree & work experience is not enough to land an interview within the corporate finance field in Hong Kong or London (I'm eligible to work in both places)

Background:

A+ M.Fin student (Non-target school for UK or HK) but the best business school in the Netherlands

BSc in Econ and Finance (B+) in the best university in the Netherlands

Intern experience: five months FI Coverage focus in FinTech, four months Energy sector Coverage focus in Energy transition, and four months LevFin. All experiences are from different largest Dutch banks.

I'm open to any firms or banks as long as I could work on something I'm interested in.
May someone gives me any advice? Should I just lower my target or aim for a big bank MO or BO position first?
