Seeking career choice advice

Hi everyone,

I’m a French finance student from a top university, currently considering my career path and looking for some advice. I’m in my gap year, during which I completed a 6-month internship as a buy-side equity analyst at a medium-sized asset manager, and this coming January, I’ll be starting a second 6-month internship in ECM at a French bank.

I’m interested in eventually working in the finance division of a large corporation. However, I’m concerned that having two market-related internships might limit my options, particularly if I decide to pursue something like M&A or corporate finance.

Any guidance or insights on career paths would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and help!
