Sending the same networking email to 4 people before internship

I had a virtual coffee chat with a boutique vp who interviewed me one month after accepting my internship offer. He said he could help me coordinate a team catch-up with other analysts and associates a month before internship, so i was under the impression that he would be in the call too.

Today i reminded him of the chat. He replied and cc’d other analysts and associates and said that he thought it would be a good idea for me to chat with each of them and that he would let me organise the time/date.

I replied to all saying that i would reach out individually to set up a quick chat with each of them.

I sent the same email to all of them but only one replied to me in the same day. He cc’d the other analyst and said that it would be a good idea for them to be in the call together to show me their work from an analyst perspective.

Haven’t heard from the other associates.

Was wondering if I did wrong in any of the steps? Don’t wanna make a bad impression before the internship even starts but i feel like might not be good to send the exact same email to each of them? I thought about that but since i had never talked to them and it was just an email to set up a chat, maybe there was no need to personalize? Any advice appreciated.
