Series 7 at 16 years old

Hi, im 16 years old and i am intrested in becoming a stock broker as soon as possible. What i was wondering is how to go about getting a Series 7 at my age or if that is even possible? I know if given the opportunity i will easily (not as in "easy" but i studied so much i will know every possible question) be able to pass. Also if you get your Series 7 are you pretty much set for a job or is their other qualifications? thankyou.

First off, if you were serious about writing your series 7, or any other certification, you would have easily found out all of this information in ten minutes of google search.

Second, unless you're extremely well connected, I can't imagine too many brokerages giving a 16 year old a shot at anything more than being the mail-room bitch. Your efforts will likely yield you more benefit, if you focus them on traditional methods of entering the game (getting into a top business program).

So, if you're Ray Dalio's nephew, go ahead and do that google search. Otherwise, try to make the most out of high school.

Or just chill the hell out and enjoy High School..its summer? Read books on investing/the economy. Go drink with your buddies and chase girls. There is plenty of time to get into that just be a teenager and work hard in school so you can get into a target school.
