Should I apply for sophomore or junior summer internships?

Hello,

I have a question regarding internship recruiting. I am currently going into my third year of university, so I've been applying for junior summer internships. However, this coming spring, I'm planning to start a combined degree program at my university so that I can get a Master's degree in one extra year of school (5 years total). Since I haven't started the program yet, I haven't been mentioning it on my resume and have been advertising myself as a junior.

My question is: should I start advertising myself as a sophomore and start applying for sophomore summer internships after changing my expected graduation date on my resume? Or should I leave my resume as is and just mention this during interviews for the internships I've been applying for? Curious about where my eligibility lies and don't think I've seen this asked here before.
