Should I put my disability on application forms for jobs?

Hi all!

So recruiting season is coming up and a few of the graduate jobs have already opened up. So I've started applying for a few firms and I've had to complete the application forms (Basic Info, Career Motivations, Academic History etc.)

Then, typically, on the last page there's always a diversity section.
On this form, you state your age range, religion, ethnicity and disability.

My issue is this:
I have an autism spectrum disorder, so I was wondering, should I include it and say I have the disability, or just leave it off to be safe.

I'm worried that if HR see it, they may believe it'll have an impact on my ability to do the job, whereas, if I put it on, some firms will be a fan due to having a really big emphasis on a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What do you think? What should I do?

I would not put it on every application, rather target the disability diversity recruitment schemes. IE JPM We See Ability, GS Diverse Abilities. You will have a way in through these disability-specific events, but putting it on the regular application can honestly only hurt you
