Should I stay with my firm whose environment I no longer like?

Here’s the story: I work at a bank, in a country different from my own, which is kind of the reason I still feel like I have a lot of learning to do. At the same time, my group hired a bunch of new people whose attitudes / work habits I do not like (not necessarily bad personalities but just so hard to communicate or organize team work with).

I feel like it’s my responsibility to try to adjust to the change, but at the same time I’m really stressed out and not performing well. Should I try seeking out other opportunities or is it the grass is always greener on the other side effect and I should be humble staying with my current firm? Apologies for asking such a subjective question.

A few questions I need to ask.

are you in the US? If so, are you on H1B right now, OPT, or TN? If you’re on H1B, I’d be a little careful. If things are not going well, you’re firm and you may get pushed out (assuming you’re an analyst 3) id test the market so you’re not scrambling.

This sounds a lot like UBS, if things are not going well and you may find yourself getting laid off/pushed out I’d jump asap.
