Should I still go through recruiting?
Hey all, as the title says I am unsure if I should continue with regular IB recruiting. This summer (Sophomore summer) I will interning at an upper BB bank in NYC and it guarantees an interview at the end of it. Where I'm stuck is that this bank is my favorite and would be my #1 choice. I don't know if it is worth going through the whole normal recruiting process where even if I would get an offer for Junior summer from another bank, I would rather work where I am interning this summer.
