You'll be fine listing your current GPA. If you get asked about it (which is unlikely) you can explain that you had an injury. In the grand scheme of things that .2 will be irrelevant.

 

GPA is a largely arbitrary number. The difference between a 3.8 and 3.6 can be 1 difficult class or in your case an adverse event. That 3.8 isn't likely to benefit anymore than your 3.6, especially if you actually worried more about learning material than inflating grades.

You'd be better off focusing on gaining experience. That is far more important than your GPA. Start building your resume and knowledge by volunteering with non-profits in finance roles. Look for opportunities within your university or simply go ask your finance professors if they need help with anything.
