Small family office in UK

I am currently interviewing for very small family office in uk (100mil) for an analyst position in their investment team. I believe they invest in fof, direct or co direct investment mainly in private equity space.

I am actually currently working at E&Y advisory and wondering if this is a good jump to make. The salary is most likely not increase nor the bonus. I guess it is mainly for the work experience. I currently enjoy my work at E&Y and love the work culture/people.. hence I am hesitant to make a move..

Assuming you're still in early 20s, salary is basically irrelevant as long as it covers your living costs. It is potential that matters. If you think this position would improve your career prospects and earnings potential, go for it. Personally I would say don't. Again, this is assuming you are on a grad programme in advisory.
