From my experience at sophomore superdays at BB -

1) Tilts towards more behavioral or basic technicals. That being said, I had a VP ask me a M&A question. I would prioritize knowing the 4 main guides (Accounting, Valuation, DCF, EV/EqV)

2) West Coast - I had one interview that was all technicals for 25 mins (only on the four basic guides). Not hard, but the fast paced nature was kind of tough. That being said, my NY one was only 2 behavorial superdays with 1 or 2 technicals.

3) I would have answers to Why that Group, Why Banking, Why not Other Stuff, Leadership, Teamwork, Challenge, Failure, etc…

Appreciate the insight! By "the four main guides" are you referring to those four sections in something like M&I 400?

Yep I would know those. There’s also seperate PDFs that walk you (in more depth) through Accounting, EV/EqV, etc… Some upperclassman at your school should probably have access to those

when did you apply? like I was expecting programs to come out a little later than now
