Struck out in SA need advice for FT

I had three superday and did not receive an offer at any of the three so I reluctantly accepted an offer at Wells Fargo in their Middle Market Commercial Banking Division. I still want to recruit for FT, but am lost at what to do/how to navigate. I am unsure if I should rekindle past connections that I used to leverage interviews, or if I should be reaching out to new people to gauge the landscape for FT. Additionally, I am not sure as to when firms will start putting jobs out for FT. Right now, only JP morgan has theres out. Any general advice will be greatly appreciated.
