Structured finance - Commodity interview questions - help
Hi - can someone tell me how to brush up on structured finance as it relates for commodity and finding financing solutions? what kind of transaction types are common and what kind of modeling? how to evaluate for a firm that might invest using their own capital? what kind of documentation terms would you be focused on?
what are the typical sort of questions that would be focused on for an interview? i know nothing about trading so it's new to me but seems like an interesting and niche area. thanks
