I am currently a sophomore at a target recruiting for SA 2024 and I am struggling to land interviews anywhere. I have only had a first-round at one MM and one boutique. I have a 3.8+ GPA and relevant internships and extracurriculars, and I have networked a decent amount (30-40 calls) with many firms. What should my plan be from here on out?

On paper you seem like a good candidate but if you’re calls we’re successful, that would likely translate into more interviews. Reflect on how the calls actually went and if it was likely anyone was going to pull you through a process.
Are there any red flags on your resume that would be otherwise dinging your application? You’re GPA is good but are you lacking ECs or internships?
