Stupid Referrals and nepotism
For an off cycle internship at a BB can I get a referral from someone who’s doing a degree apprenticeship ? Or would they just laugh in our face because they’re not even a proper employee themselves.
The person I want to ask has done 3 years as a degree apprentice there so far.
