Superday Turnaround

I would say usually that's the case. However, I interviewed will bulge BB on a Friday and they told me they will get back to me within a week. Reached out after 2 weeks, and they said they have been backed up and I would hear soon. Emailed a week after that and I was in the "consideration but haven't made final decisions group" (probably just means "on hold"). Got a call 2 weeks later with the offer.

I also heard through the grapevine that 2 kids got offers same day. Good luck

unfortunately, yes. I would say, if it's a couple days after you were supposed to hear and they haven't gotten back, reach out to HR.

The exception here would be if you had an offer from another place, you could leverage that to try and speed up this decision.

Damn...this bank really is my only superday invite (non target, bad grades)...it's too bad they also know that, so they are probably delaying.
