Switch from financial data provider to ER???

Hey guys...

I was wondering how likely it would be to make a move from a financial data provider such as Bloomberg/Factset etc.. to a equity research position???

Wondering if recruiters would view it as just data sorter vs someone who has experience and understanding with financials/metrics/etc necessary for ER

Inputs would be appreciated thanks

Why are so many market data girls hot?

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

^ hahahaha

Try and shoot for an ER group covering the industry data you handle.

If you were good enought to get into Bloomberg, there's a good chance you can hack it in ER.

Curious of this as well.
