Switch from middle office secondary PE to private banking

Hello,

I'm working in secondary private equity as a second year analyst on middle office team, doing investor reporting, preparing fundraising and marketing materials, and preparing presentations for senior management. I recently interviewed with JP Morgan Private Bank in Miami and they're extending an offer to me to join the team as a second year analyst. In terms of salary, it will be slightly higher than what I'm making right now. In this role I will get client interactions, which I didn't and probably never will in my current job, and will learn about the markets. As I'm thinking this over, I would love to get some insights on what it's like being an analyst in private banking and whether it's worth it making a switch.
