I'll be interning at a BB in its public finance group this summer. I'm thinking about doing DCM or project finance when I start full-time, but obviously, my first priority is to get a return offer in the public finance group. How does one go about this? Is it just simply networking with the different groups and once the internship is over I ask them if they have a spot open in their group?
