Switching Industries When Recruiting
Anyone start in an industry group in IB but move to buyside or corporate in a different industry?
If so, to what extent do you need to be an expert in the field you’re recruiting for? Say you start in HC IB but want to recruit for Consumer PE, how does this work and does anyone have any experience with a move like this?
