talk me in or out of continuing recruiting

2 sds and haven’t landed for either. Feeling pretty discouraged and i feel like everyone who interviews me either hates their job or genuinely do not seem like the greatest people in the world.

With that being said obviously so many upsides, discouragement is brutal and seeing everyone around you get offers is not the most fun.

Side 1: Most people, statistically, will not make it. Chances of success are so low that you should stop bothering - even if you attend a target.

Side 2: You've already landed two superdays. That shows that not only are you a very talented candidate, but also that you're desirable. Keep going and get that internship. It took me until my fifth superday to land something. I was devastated after my third because I thought, at the time, that the bank I was interviewing for was my dream bank (Japanese bank). My fifth, and successful, superday was IB at a US bulge bracket.

If you were a non-target who hadn't even landed a single interview, I'd say listen to side 1. You should listen to side 2.
