Target, 3.7 GPA and still no FT offer

I'm a senior at a target school approaching graduation and I still haven't received a FT offer. I have a pretty solid GPA (~3.7+) but no investment banking summer experience.

I just want to know my options here. Do you think I should try contacting boutiques? And if I can't get an IB offer, what jobs should I look for with the hopes of moving to IB in the future?

Thanks in advance.

Yes I worked at a boutique strategy consulting firm after junior year and had a few summer jobs before that. I'm a finance major and I'm really not looking to go back into consulting.
