Target School diversity seeking Sophomore summer IB internship

I'm a rising sophomore diversity candidate at a Target School (Dartmouth/Duke/Cornell Dyson/UChicago). I have roughly a 3.8 GPA and am part of finance clubs, student gov etc. I missed the diversity programs for next summer. Is there any way I can still get an IB internship for next summer or is it too late. Honestly, I'd be fine with any MM IB or BB finance internship for sophomore summer (PWM, S&T, etc.). What is there left to do?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the reassurance. Should I network for positions for sophomore summer that are currently open or should I start networking for Junior summer?
