Time to pivot or is there still hope?
I'm an international student at a non target LAC, who tried recruiting for investment banking and private equity for summer 2025. I had a couple of first and second round interviews at middle market PE and IB firms, but didn't receive super days or offers for any of them. Are there banks still recruiting over the summer? If so, which ones? Is there still hope or am I completely just fucked? Is pivoting to trying to recruit for management consulting or growth equity investing a smart decision? I'm just confused and kind of lost, so I would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks!
