Tips on cold emailing recruiters

I’m in the process of ramping up my job search and have a list of recruiters who cover my space - Hedge Fund sales/investor relations.

I’ve had no prior contact with most of them so I will be cold emailing my resume to get their attention.

Does anyone have any tips on the best way to approach this?

I’m thinking that a short, punchy email that highlights a few accomplishments and helps them bucket me with be better than a more detailed cover letter type email. Thoughts?

Also curious if anyone has any thoughts on the best email subject line to get their attention.
