Tired of sell side ER hours. Where can I go?
Currently in sell side ER at a top BB. I’ve only been here about 1 year. Do I have any exit opportunities at this point that allow for 8 hour work days rather than a 12? I have come to the point where I highly value WLB.

I know it's an irrelevant question but are the job listings for ER associates opened at several BB/MM NYC banks real? I've applied and tried networking but didn't hear back from anyone
