I've been prepping for PE interviews but haven't reached out to headhunters yet. Got a few emails back on June but didn't follow through with them as I wasn't prepared yet. Have a MBB background (with PE experience) and looking at top shops only. Am I too late? Whats the best path forward - just submit my resume on their website? Email HH directly? Also if I have 3.4 in engineering from a non-ivy school do I just leave it off my resume?
