Top hedge fund summer (very low conversion) vs GS/MS/JPM IBD, London

Hi

I'm a penultimate-year UK student choosing between a summer 2027 internship at a top hedge fund in London and IBD at GS/MS/JPM in London. The fund's conversion rate is low.

Which would you take? Is the bank the safer bet, or would the hedge fund internship open enough doors even if I don't convert? nd internship open enough doors on its own?

Thanks
