Trading Positions Outside of IB Appropriate for Bachelor's Degree-Holders

What are some trading roles outside of IB that require a bachelor's degree?

I understand that there are trading desks at HF, but what is the likelihood of someone who has little to no job experience in the finance industry getting on a trading desk at a HF?
