Trainee Broker at ICAP/TP vs MO Trade Support at Tier 1 IB
I currently have the decision to either go into the IDB world or stick within an IB in trade support. My goal is a FO role which doesn't come very often in the MO space. I also do think my skills are more suited to broking as I am more of a network builder than risk manager in Trading. am I silly to leave a top IB, or is this a good chance to get started in the FO?
