TS (FDD) in "EY" vs. Valuations in "Deloitte" vs. Controlling in Insurance

I'm waiting for:

  1. An offer for TS (FDD) from "EY" - 70% chance of getting it;
  2. A final round for Valuations in "Deloitte" - 100% chance of getting it;
  3. A second (and most probably final) round for a controlling position in a big insurance company - 70% chance of getting the job.

All positions are in Western Europe. What would you choose to get the most diverse, interesting, and useful experience and the best exit opportunities?

I like both working with Excel and communicating. Also, I find both accounting and finance interesting. Maybe currently leaning a bit towards accounting, since it is the "language of business". I don't have the intention to go to IB or PE at all costs. What I want is to work on as many interesting things as possible, gain as much knowledge as possible, become the best all-rounder possible, and keep my doors open to as many places as possible.

Moreover, if you can give me any insights about the valuation case, which awaits me in the final round in "Deloitte", this would be hugely appreciated. :D

If you need additional info, I'll gladly provide it to you. Thank you very much for all the advice! :)
