Undergrad to FT OR Undergrad to Masters?

I joined IB a bit late (9 months ago) to the game and currently go to a non-target school. Luckily enough I was able to network my way into a decent regional bank as a Junior in the southeast area and land an SA role in the corporate bank.

Nonetheless, I have high aspirations for myself which is telling me "fuck it" and go BB, but want to be the best of the best on my team. I think that going for a Master's right out of college would be a great opportunity for me but at the same time is not the typical recommended track since it is costly and would be just to try and mature a bit more. Can I get some guidance?
