Uploaded different resume to company website than what referral employee gave to the recruiter

So I received a referral for a summer analyst position in MM Banking(Big Bank) and the man told me that a recruiter will manually submit my resume but that I still needed to apply to the position online. I accidentally uploaded a resume to the company website different in that the top experience said I completed a few more finance/valuation tasks than the resume the referral sent to the recruiter. Am I screwed? Everything else on the resume was the same as the other and I just made a major accident here.
Also, will this recruiter see that I applied to different positions on their website this same day in a different sector with a tweaked up resume as well? Freaking out here. I have since tried connecting with a bunch of their recruiters who are connected with my referral on LinkedIn in the same as well as different states (Program is in 3 states) to ask them what next steps are in hiring process or to get them on the phone. Any feedback appreciated, thanks.
