Urgent: invited for PE interview??

Hi all, an alum (who himself is very senior) from my university had sent my resume across to a managing partner at a very large asset management firm about a month and a half ago. A pa from that firm reached out to me a couple of days ago to setup an interview with five folks from the firm tomorrow! One is a 30 min video interview with 3 principals together followed by another 30 min video call with a senior person from HR and a managing partner from the team...is talking with so many folks for initial conversation a norm for PE interview or do you think the firm is super keen on me? I am quite excited about this opportunity. I was quite advanced (close to an offer) in my other pe interviews which have now been placed on hold. Should I mention this in my interview with the asset manager?

For reference, I have a few years of experience in the industry across IB and PE. Thanks in advance!
