URGENT: Is my boosted GPA gonna get me in trouble?

So I had a 3.47 GPA that I rounded off to a 3.5 on my resume, but after a rough last term my GPA went down to a 3.33. However, I forgot to change the GPA on my resume and have been submitting applications with my 3.5 GPA resume. I have since changed it and the places I have been applying to now have the updated resume. However, one of my applications with my 3.5 GPA has moved forward to a superday coming up in a few days and I heard that HR does background checks that includes checking GPA. What should I do rn? Send an email to the email they provided if I had any questions? Please let me know

I have a 3.33 now, not a 3.47. I'm saying that while I applied with the resume with a 3.5, I had a 3.33 instead (which is now) and not the 3.47 I had previously, and I realized that after I was already sending applications out. So if I do get an offer and they see a 3.33 gpa instead of a 3.5 or even 3.47 is what I'm worried about.
