Vitol/Traf/Glencore vs MS/JPM/GS

Hi,

Wondering what’s better, a position BB (GS/MS) to do commodities research or a trading house (Vitol/Traf/Glencore) for their graduate trading program. I’m not totally sold on either role, but I know I’m interested in trading more than research. Although I have no experience in this realm. Should I take the former with the anticipation of transfer into a trading role later or the latter and lose out on the brand of a BB Tier 1. Anyone know of exit options from a place like Glencore/Vitol?

Thanks! Any advice will be appreciated.
