We're a small, tech-focused investment bank in Chicago. We've closed a number of nice transactions ($300k-$5mm fees) over the past year and we're looking to add another VP. We're realistic that the person we're going to get is likely to be an experienced associate, and that's ok, so long as you are comfortable taking the reins on a transaction and have a strong technical ability. Requirements:
o At least three years of experience in investment banking as an associate or Vice President
o MBA from a respected university
o 10-15 completed transactions
o Significant experience in M&A
o Background in technology or healthcare
o Experience directly managing analysts and admins
o Strong financial modeling and accounting skills
