What are some of your best tips to convert Internships/ Off Cycles to Full Time positions?
Starting my 6-month off cycle in Feb/ March and have heard to complete designated tasks rather than surviving the day. Any bits of advice you guys found helpful?
Honestly just have a really good attitude. I think being the first in last out still works wonders. Don’t rush work focus on getting it right, if you don’t understand something ask questions and try make your analysts life as easy as possible. Don’t just try get tasks done but really understand what you’re doing and come across as intellectually curious not just a paper pusher. Good luck.
