What do banks look for in a Hirevue?
Is it personality? A unique answer? I can’t imagine too many unique answers to those questions to be honest. Trying to prep for recruiting this upcoming winter and want some advice!

I'd highly suggest using the HireVue practice tool at the Canary Wharfian website. It lets you do mock interviews on actual interview questions and AI will rate your answers/provide feedback to improve. Good luck.
The nerves are real man haha. I forgot to look directly at the camera in a HireVue assessment but was looking at the screen for 2 out of 3 questions although i believe my responses to the questions were really strong, am I cooked?
