What Else To Ask After Multiple IB Networking Calls?

Hi WSO, I'm in need of some advice.

I'm considering a lateral move from MC to IB and managed to speak to a BB VP through some personal connections. The call with the VP went well and then he put me through to a D with whom I also had a nice networking call. The VP has now suggested I speak with yet another VP at the bank and I have run out of questions to ask.

Both previous calls were a good 30 minutes and I managed to speak about literally everything I could think of: deal flow, deal sizes, bank culture, client types, staffing models, technical skills needed, non-technical skills and aspects, geographic scope, travel frequency, ability to move/work in other offices, recruitment process, potential entry level role, my long-term plans, long-term future of the team, long-term future of the bank, team background, team structure, language usefulness, style of working, hours, my move from MC, my interest in finance, my abilities in finance, my background, some of my CV and others I can't think of right now.

I really cannot think of another topic I have unanswered questions about and will likely have another 20-30 minute call. How do I fill that time and not seem bored or ask the same questions? I was thinking of either asking about specific details of transactions the bank has worked on (in the hopes the VP was on them) or make it more personal and just ask the person questions like "Why did you choose this bank?", "What are your long-term plans?" etc.

Any suggestions?

If you ask the same questions you tend to get different answers from different people, just ask about that particular VP's views on stuff you're interested in and if he's in another group ask specifically about that group, etc.

Depends on the person, but most VP's can talk your ear off so just try and be conversational and get the VP talking about them self.
