What is the US GPA Conversion Table?

What are the US GPA to % conversions? I've found that every website I visit gives some different range and I'm pretty confused.

I'd much rather prefer to just put my cumulative GPA as a percentage on my resume, but even in the apps, they ask for it on a 4.0 scale as if every living creature on the planet knows this conversion table at the top of their heads.

If my country has a different nation-wide GPA table, should I convert to US or no?

For instance, the table I'm familiar with (and have been using) is:

Grade Range GPA

  0%         0.0

  50%       0.7

  53%       1.0

  57%       1.3

  60%       1.7

  63%       2.0

  67%       2.3

  70%       2.7

  73%       3.0

  77%       3.3

  80%       3.7

  85%       3.9

  90%       4.0
